Under this UNDP project, Mr. Bando advised the Ministry of Environmental and Forestry (MoEF) on the legal and financial arrangements that are needed to establish a National Environmental Conventions Centre; he developed a set of recommendations based on relevant international experience – these are being considered for further refinement and adoption.
