For the Department of Manufacturing and Industry Development, used econometric models to develop a consistent methodology for pricing the environmental and socio-economic externalities associated with various energy resource options. Mr. Bando assessed the effects of national and international policies on use of economic incentives to reduce potential global warming. This included assessments of both supply- and demand-side alternatives, including renewable energy.
