On this US Trade Development Agency assignment, Mr. Bando leads a team of experts to design and implement training workshops, orientation visits (OVs) as well as related briefing documents for senior government officials, industrial decision makers and other stakeholders. In all these initiatives, the focus is on facilitating private capital flows into infrastructure development. Recent assignments have included OVs for Irish County Officials interested in water, solid waste management and road project, Malaysian officials interested in IT initiatives and South Korean delegates interested in surface transportation, airports, and ports infrastructure projects.
